超声影像技术在甲状腺疾病中医证型中的应用研究进展

Research Progress on the Application of Ultrasound Imaging Technology in Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome of Thyroid Diseases

通过文献整理探讨超声技术在甲状腺疾病中医证型客观化研究中的应用价值。检索2010—2023年中国知网(CNKI)发表的甲状腺疾病超声特征与中医证型相关性研究的文献,共检索得到29项研究,其中甲状腺炎研究13项、甲状腺结节研究10项、甲状腺癌研究6项,分析结果认为超声图像的变化与中医辨证类型有一定的相关性,超声检查可作为甲状腺疾病中医辨证分型的辅助手段。将中医辨证施治和超声技术结合,为中医药基础研究提供了客观化、数字化、可重复性的研究方法,促进了中医辨证微观化、微观辨证整体化。

The application value of ultrasound technology in the objective study of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome types of thyroid diseases was discussed through literature review.Literature on the correlation between ultrasonic characteristics of thyroid diseases and TCM syndrome types published on CNKI from 2010 to 2023 was searched,and a total of 29 studies were retrieved,including 13 studies on thyroiditis,10 studies on thyroid nodules,and 6 studies on thyroid cancer.The analysis results suggested that the changes of ultrasound images were somewhat correlated with TCM syndrome differentiation types.Ultrasound examination can be used as an auxiliary means for differentiation and classification of thyroid diseases.The combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and ultrasound technology provides objectified,digital and repeatable research methods for TCM basic research,and promotes the micro-differentiation and integration of TCM syndrome differentiation.
