化工装置调节阀的噪声预测

摘要 当调节阀噪声过高时往往预示着阀门内存在非正常的流体工况,同时也会损害现场操作人员的人身健康。根据国内外相关规范以及一些相关文献,介绍了阀门噪声控制要求和定义,以及不可压缩流体、可压缩流体的阀门噪声计算方法和注意事项,并对调节阀的噪声产生过程与预测方法进行探讨。通过计算阀门噪声,可有效预判阀门气蚀,有助于降低气蚀风险或气相阻塞流工况。 Too high noise of control valve often indicates that there are abnormal fluid conditions in the valve.It will also damage the personal health of the on-site operators.According to relevant specifications and some foreign relevant literatures,the requirements and definitions of the valve noise control,valve noise calculation methods and precautions of compressible and incompressible fluid are introduced.Meanwhile,the noise generation process and prediction methods of control valve are discussed.It can predict effectively and help to reduce the risk of valve cavitation or gas blocking conditions through the calculation of valve noise.
