烯烃裂解反应器特殊再生隔离阀的设计探讨

摘要 烯烃裂解反应器特殊再生隔离阀的使用工况具有高温、高频顺控操作且密封等级要求严格的特点,结合实际应用工况,分析探讨了特殊再生隔离阀的阀门结构型式、阀体材质、端部连接、安装测试及特殊隔离密封设计等内容,着重介绍了再生隔离阀阀腔、入口隔离阀阀板上游侧、出口隔离阀阀板下游侧防内漏特殊密封设计,对相关隔离阀设计选型有一定指导意义。 The working condition of special regeneration isolation valve for olefin cracking reactor has the characteristics of high temperature,high frequency sequential operation and strict sealing class requirement.Combined with the actual application conditions,the contents of valve structure,valve body material,end connection,installation and test and special design of isolation seal for the special regeneration isolation valve are analyzed and discussed.The special preventing internal leakage sealing design for regeneration isolation valve chamber,upstream side of the inlet isolation valve plate and downstream side of the outlet isolation valve plate are introduced with stress.It is of certain reference for the design and selection of relevant isolation valve.
