摘要 针对流程工业发展的趋势及IP技术在智能制造领域的应用潜力,提出了流程工业现场仪器仪表IP化的需求。通过搭建MCU和单对线以太网硬件以及轻量化操作系统平台,实现基于物联IP的OPC UA及Modbus协议栈在资源受限平台的移植与运行,构建了IP化仪表的实现方案。通过实验验证,展示了IP化仪表与工业控制系统的联合运行效果。该IP化仪表实现方案可以在流程工业自动化控制领域广泛使用和推广。 According to the development trend of the process industry and the application potential of IP technology in the field of intelligent manufacturing,the demand for IP-based on-site instrumentation in the process industry is put forward.By building MCU and single-pair Ethernet hardware and a lightweight operating system platform,the OPC UA and Modbus protocol stacks based on IoT IP are transplanted and run on resource-constrained platforms,and an implementation plan for IP-based instruments is constructed.Through experimental verification,the joint operation effect of IP-based instrumentation and industrial control system is demonstrated.This IP-based instrument implementation scheme can be widely used and promoted in the field of process industry automation control.
