创新创业型医学本科生人才培养模式的探讨

Exploration on the Training Mode of Medical Innovative Talents Based on Undergraduate Tutorial System

医学本科生科研创新训练是高等院校培养拔尖创新创业型人才的重要方式。目前医学本科生教育存在课程较多、科研能力及创新意识不强、“医教研”契合度较低,学生培养模式不完善等缺点。广州医科大学及各大附属院校在本科生各阶段贯彻“南山风格”思想教育模式,培养学生开拓创新、刻苦钻研、团队协作及奉献社会的精神,开展科研创新训练。广州医科大学是全国首批“卓越医生教育培养”高校,南山学院实行“三制三化三融合”人才培养模式,强化科研创新,重点培养学生人文素养、临床实践能力和自主创新学习能力;金域检验学院获选全国首批现代产业学院,与全国最大第三方检验企业金域医学检验中心进行校企协同教学培养,多方面协同教育培养创业应用型人才,提高学生创新创业能力,取得良好效果。文章针对医学院校本科生科研能力现状,以广州医科大学为例,进行创新创业型人才培养新模式探讨,为促进我国生物医学科学事业发展提供有效的实践经验。

Academic research and innovation training for medical undergraduates is an important part of cultivating innovative top talents in higher education institutes.However,under the conventional education system without integrating teaching,research and clinical practice,medical undergraduates are lacking a sense of innovation and overwhelmed by heavy course work.Guangzhou Medical University and its affiliated institutes are launching an undergraduate tutorial system implementing"Nanshan Style"education to cultivate medical undergraduates with spirits of innovation,diligence,teamwork and contribution,and promote academic innovative training.Guangzhou Medical University is within the first batch of“Physician Education and Training Program of Excellence”universities in China.The Nanshan School is facilitating the“3-system,3-style and 3-fusion”talent cultivation mode,enhancing research and innovation,and cultivating students with humanistic quality,clinical practical ability and self-study innovative ability.Kingmed School of Laboratory Medicine is the elected as the first batch of contemporary entrepreneur schools in China,and facilitating joint education accompanied with Kingmed Center for Clinical Laboratory,the largest independent clinical laboratory service provider in China,cultivating practical talents in multiple aspects,enhancing the innovative capacity of students and obtaining fruitful achievements.This study focuses on the current academic quality of medical undergraduates,with examples of Guangzhou Medical University,explores the innovative talent culture mode,and provides practical experience for the development of biomedical sciences in China.
