思维导图结合情景模拟在肾内科临床带教中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究思维导图结合情景模拟的教学法在肾内科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月—2022年3月在重庆市第五人民医院肾内科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员46名,采取随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组23名,研究组采用思维导图联合情景模拟教学法的教学方式,对照组采用传统教学方式。通过比较两组住培学员出科理论成绩、出科技能操作成绩,研究两种教学方式在住院医师规范化培训学员中的教学效果。结果研究组住培学员理论考核成绩(90.26±3.61)分,高于对照组[(82.35±4.91)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组住培学员出科技能操作成绩(93.48±2.59)分,高于对照组[(92.52±1.83)分],但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用思维导图结合情景模拟的教学法在肾内科临床带教中有利于提高住培学员专科知识的掌握,提高临床思维能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping combined with scene simulation teaching mode in the standardized training of nephrology residents.Methods A total of 46 resident physicians who received standardized resident training in the department of nephrology of the Fifth People's Hospital of Chongqing from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into research group and control group by random number table method,with 23 students in each group.Teaching methods of mind mapping combined with scenario simulation were adopted in the research group,while traditional teaching methods were adopted in the control group.By comparing the results of the two groups of trainees,the teaching effect of the two teaching methods in the standardized training of residents was studied.Results The theoretical assessment scores of resident trainees in the research group[(90.26±3.61)points]were higher than those in the control group[(82.35±4.91)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the resident trainees in the research group[(93.48±2.59)points]were higher than those in the control group[(92.52±1.83)points],but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Using mind map combined with scene simulation teaching mode in the clinical teaching of nephrology planning is beneficial to improve students'professional knowledge mastery and enhance students'clinical thinking ability.
