Seminar教学模式下的翻转课堂在实习护生教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的探索Seminar教学模式下的翻转课堂教学法对心脏外科本科实习护生临床实践的影响。方法选取2021年1—12月在昆明医科大学附属延安医院心脏外科实习本科护生80名,随机分为两组,各40名。对照组采用传统教学和案例联合模式,试验组进行Seminar教学模式下翻转课堂教学法,两组护生理论和技能操作成绩,对教学方法的满意度、团队精神、临床沟通能力及评判性思维能力进行对比。结果试验组护生在理论及技能操作测试得分都比对照组高。理论知识成绩:试验组(88.23±6.21)分,对照组(81.14±5.87)分;操作成绩:试验组(94.23±4.10)分,对照组(90.64±3.65)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护生对其教学安排满意度试验组(98.81±6.10)分,高于对照组(80.63±4.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护生的团队精神、临床沟通能力、判断性思考能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心外科本科护生教学中应用Seminar教学模式下翻转课堂教学法具有良好的教学优势与效果,对提高护生的综合素质和工作能效具有一定的指导意义。 Objective To explore the influence of flipped classroom in teaching clinical practice under Seminar teaching model of undergraduate nursing students in cardiac surgery.Methods A total of 80 undergraduate nursing students practicing in the department of cardiac surgery of Yan'an Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University from January to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 students in each group.In the control group,the traditional teaching and case combination mode was adopted,while in the experimental group,the classroom teaching method was flipped under the Seminar teaching mode.The theoretical and technical operation achievements of the two groups of nursing students were compared,and the satisfaction of teaching methods,team spirit,clinical communication ability and critical thinking ability were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge of both groups was(88.23±6.21)points and(81.14±5.87)points,respectively.The surgical efficacy of the experimental group was(94.23±4.10)points and the control group was(90.64±3.65)points,all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing students were significantly more satisfied with the organization of nursing work[(98.81±6.10)points]than the control group[(80.63±4.13)points],with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the experimental and control groups in teamwork,clinical communication and critical thinking(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Seminar teaching method in the study of nursing students in cardiology colleges and universities can effectively contribute to the improvement of students'holistic skills and efficient use of students'energy.
