摘要
目的探讨三维重建技术结合病案讨论辅助教学方式在妇产科临床实习中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3—6月重庆医科大学2018级临床医学临床1班78名学生作为观察组,2018级临床医学临床2班81名学生为对照组。对照组采用传统“疾病为中心”教学方式,观察组采用三维重建模型结合传统“疾病为中心”教学方式。通过学生以及任课教师问卷调查,对教学灵活度、学习影像的信心、学生学习兴趣及课堂参与度等指标综合评价教学效果。结果通过问卷分数评分分析,观察组学生在教学灵活性、学习影像的自信心、学生学习兴趣、课堂参与度等评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教师对观察组评分在教学灵活性、学生课堂活跃度、学生课堂参与度、学生临床思维能力、学生主动学习能力等方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生妇科临床见习形成性评价成绩观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科肿瘤的学习中,三维重建技术与临床整合教学方式有更好的教学灵活性,有利于培养学生临床思维能力以及空间想象力,培养临床医学学生把疾病和影像相结合的能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of three-dimensional reconstruction technology combined with medical record discussion assisted teaching method in clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From March to June,2022,a total of 78 students from Class 1 of Grade 2018 clinical medicine in Chongqing Medical University were selected as the observation group,and 81 students from Class 2 of Grade 2018 clinical medicine were selected as the control group.Traditional"disease-centered"teaching method was adopted in the control group,and three-dimensional reconstruction model combined with traditional"disease-centered"teaching method was adopted in the observation group.Through the questionnaire survey of students and teachers,the teaching effect was comprehensively evaluated by the indicators of teaching flexibility,confidence in learning video,students'interest in learning and classroom participation.Results Through the questionnaire score analysis,the scores of teaching flexibility,confidence in learning images,learning interest and classroom participation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teachers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in teaching flexibility,classroom activity,classroom participation,clinical thinking ability and active learning ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The formative evaluation scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the study of gynecological tumors,the three-dimensional reconstruction technology and clinical integrated teaching method have better teaching flexibility,which is conducive to the training of students'clinical thinking ability and spatial imagination,and the training of clinical medical students'ability to combine disease and image.
