Teaching Practice and Exploration on the Workshop for Small Splint External Fixation of Colles Fracture

小夹板外固定是中医骨伤科治疗柯雷氏(Colles)骨折的特色治疗手段之一,是中医骨伤科临床教学的难点和重点。笔者研究应用工作坊(Workshop)教学方法对Colles骨折小夹板外固定进行教学实践,并总结教学方法和探讨教学思路,通过骨折模型的示教使学生掌握骨折疾病的基础理论和的发病特征,根据小夹板外固定原理向学生介绍Colles骨折的发病特点和复位手法。教师需从小夹板外固定的注意事项入手,阐述Colles骨折外固定的并发症,采用Workshop教学方法进行Colles骨折小夹板外固定的教学实践。这种教学设计可以与临床实践紧密结合,使学生很好地掌握知识点,提高教学质量。

External fixation with small splint is one of the characteristic treatment methods for Colles'fracture in traditional Chinese orthopedics.It is also a difficult and important aspect of clinical teaching in traditional Chinese orthopedics.This study applied the Workshop teaching method to the practical teaching of external fixation with small splint for Colles'fracture,summarized the teaching methods,and explored the teaching principles.By using a fracture model for demonstration,students were able to grasp the basic theory and pathological features of fracture diseases.Based on the principle of external fixation with small splint,the students were introduced to the characteristics of Colles'fracture.The reduction techniques for Colles'fracture were taught to the students with mini-plating as the foundation.The complications of external fixation for Colles'fracture were explained in detail starting from the precautions of mini-plating.On this basis,the Workshop teaching method and teaching principles for this chapter were summarized.The application of the Workshop teaching method in the practical teaching of external fixation with small splint for Colles'fracture has distinct characteristics and a well-designed teaching approach.It closely integrates with clinical practice,enabling students to grasp the knowledge effectively and improving the quality of this chapter's teaching.
