基于医患关系视角的医学生心理弹性培养的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 当今的医学模式从原来的生物治疗模式转变为生物-心理-社会模式,患者对服务意识有了更高的需求,因此医患关系已成为当前医疗过程中非常重要的环节之一。目前我国医学生群体的心理弹性普遍处于中等偏下的水平,医学生在处理医患关系的矛盾中心理素质较差,而教师在医学教学过程中也缺少对医学生相应心理素质教育的重视,这对医学生今后在医患关系处理过程中极为不利。文章从医患关系的视角探讨了如何培养医学生心理弹性,提高医学生处理医患矛盾关系的能力。笔者认为学校应对医学生的心理弹性加强重视,改变教学模式,加入网络教学提高医学生的心智化水平,并提出8周正念认知疗法改善心理弹性的设计方案。在干预医学生心理弹性的过程中需要考虑建立积极的应对方式,促进医学生保持良好的人际关系,调节个体的不良情绪。通过模拟医患情境,教师有意识地锻炼医学生的心理,提高其认知和思维能力,加速其心理健康恢复。 The current medical model has shifted from the original biological therapy model to the biological psychological social model,and patients have a higher demand for service awareness.Therefore,the doctor-patient relationship has become one of the very important links in the current medical process.At present,the psychological resilience of medical students in China is generally at a lower than average level.Medical students have poor psychological qualities in handling conflicts between doctors and patients,and teachers also lack attention to the corresponding psychological qualities of medical students in the medical teaching process.This is extremely unfavorable for medical students in the future process of handling doctor-patient relationships.The article explores how to cultivate the psychological resilience of medical students and improve their ability to handle doctor-patient conflicts from the perspective of doctor-patient relations.The author believes that schools should pay more attention to the psychological resilience of medical students,change the teaching mode,add online teaching to improve their mental intelligence level,and propose a design plan for 8-week mindfulness cognitive therapy to improve psychological resilience.In the process of intervening in the psychological resilience of medical students,it is necessary to consider establishing positive coping styles,promoting good interpersonal relationships among medical students,and regulating individual negative emotions.By simulating the doctor-patient situation,teachers consciously exercise the psychology of medical students,improve their cognitive and thinking abilities,and accelerate their mental health recovery.
