护理干预对盆底肌训练压力性尿失禁患者生活质量和护理质量的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life and Nursing Quality in Patients with Pelvic Floor Muscle Training Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的:探讨针对性护理干预结合中医康复训练在压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence,SUI)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取SUI患者109例,随机分为观察组(55例)和对照组(54例)。采用常规护理方法护理对照组患者,观察组则在此基础上采用针对性护理干预结合中医康复训练。对比两组患者的生活质量、护理人员的护理质量及护理效率。结果:干预后,观察组患者生活质量评分、护理人员护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理优良率[98.2%(54/55)]高于对照组[85.2%(46/54)](P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预联合中医康复训练有助于改善SUI患者生活质量,提高护理质量和护理效率。

Objective:To explore application effects of targeted nursing combined with TCM rehabilitation training on patients with stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:All 109 SUI patients were chosen and randomized into 55 cases of the observation group and 54 cases of the control group.The control group adopted conventional care,and the observation group targeted nursing and TCM rehabilitation training based on the therapy the control group accepted.To compare quality of life,quality of care and nursing efficiency by nursing staffs.Results:After the intervention,the observation group was higher than the control group in the patients'quality of life scores,nursing staffs'nursing quality scores(P<0.05);nursing excellence rate of the observation group was[98.2%(54/55)],higher than[85.2%(46/54)]of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention combined with TCM rehabilitation training is helpful to improve SUI patients'quality of life and raise nursing quality and nursing efficiency.
