高速涡轮机联合微创拔牙刀在下颌阻生智齿中的应用及对疼痛程度、并发症的影响分析

Application of High-speed Turbine Combined with Minimally Invasive Extraction Knife in Mandibular Obstructed Wisdom Teeth and Analysis of the Effect on Pain Level and Complications

目的:分析高速涡轮机联合微创拔牙刀在下颌阻生智齿中的应用及对疼痛程度、并发症的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月—2022年2月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院焦作院区接受下颌阻生智齿治疗的140例患者临床资料。采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各70例。对照组使用常规器材拔除术,研究组使用高速涡轮机联合微创拔牙刀拔除术,对比两组患者的手术情况、断根率及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组的疼痛程度和开口受限值均小于对照组,且研究组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.394、20.047、16.718,P<0.05)。研究组的断根率低于对照组,完整率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.689,P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.969,P<0.05)。结论:高速涡轮机联合微创拔牙刀在下颌阻生智齿拔除中具有优异的效果,疼痛程度、开口受限值和牙齿断根率低,患者满意度高,同时患者术后并发症较少,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the application of high-speed turbine combined with minimally invasive extraction knife in mandibular obstructed wisdom teeth and the effect on pain level and complications for clinical reference.Methods:The clinical da⁃ta of 140 patients who received treatment for mandibular obstructed wisdom teeth in the hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into a control group and a study group using the random number table method,with 70 patients in each group.The control group was extracted using conventional equipment and the study group was extracted using a high-speed turbine combined with a minimally invasive extraction knife.The procedure,root breakage rate and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The pain level and opening restriction values in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the satisfaction level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with sta⁃tistically significant differences(t=11.394,20.047,16.718,P<0.05).The study group had a lower rate of breakage than the control group and a higher rate of completeness than the control group,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=6.689,P<0.05).The total complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group next year,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(χ^(2)=2.969,P<0.05).Conclusion:The high-speed turbine combined with a minimally invasive extraction knife has excel⁃lent results in the extraction of mandibular obstructive wisdom teeth with low pain levels,restricted opening values and tooth breakage rates,and high patient satisfaction,while patients have fewer postoperative complications and high safety.
