肉桂粉冲剂对高脂血症者肠道菌群结构的影响

摘要 目的:观察肉桂降脂作用以及对肠道菌群结构的影响。方法:选取2017年10月—2018年3月中国医学科学院阜外医院深圳医院募集的20例高脂血症者作为研究对象,采用随机双盲的方法分为肉桂组和对照组,每组各10例。肉桂组服用肉桂粉冲剂,对照组不服用肉桂粉冲剂。行血脂分析和肠道菌群分析。结果:肉桂组胆固醇(TC)、低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.072、5.801、11.921,P<0.05)。肉桂的摄入促进了包括艾克曼菌(Akkermansia),青春双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium dolescentis)和柔嫩梭菌(Faecalibacterium prausnitzii)等益生菌的富集。结论:肉桂具有降脂作用并可能通过肠道菌群起作用。 Objective:To observe the hypolipidemic effect of cinnamon and the effect on the structure of intestinal flora.Methods:20 cases of hyperlipidemia collected from hospitals from October 2017 to March 2018 were selected for the study and divided into two groups using a randomized double-blind method,with 10 cases in each group.The cinnamon group was given cinnamon powder punch and the control group was not given cinnamon powder punch.Blood lipid analysis and intestinal flora analysis were performed.Results:TC,LDL-C and TG levels were lower in the cinnamon group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=11.072,5.801,11.921,P<0.05).Cinnamon intake promoted the enrichment of probiotics including Akkermansia,Bifidobacterium dolescentis and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii.Conclusion:Cinnamon has a hypolipidemic effect and may act through the intestinal flora.
