替格瑞洛片联合阿托伐他汀钙片在治疗冠心病患者中对左室射血分数、心脏指数等指标的影响

Effects of Tegretol Tablets Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction and Cardiac Index in the Treatment of Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

目的:研究替格瑞洛片联合阿托伐他汀钙片在冠心病患者中对左室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)等指标的影响。方法:回顾性分析选择通许县人民医院2020年10月—2021年3月收治的140例冠心病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例。其中对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙片联合氯吡格雷进行治疗,观察组使用替格瑞洛片联合阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组的活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、血浆凝血酶时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.036、7.618、5.030、4.207,P<0.05);观察组的三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.326、10.100、14.899、8.786,P<0.05);观察组的左室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)、心脏每分钟搏出量(CO)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.035、8.225、8.301,P<0.05);观察组的临床治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.079,P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病患者的治疗中,使用替格瑞洛片联合阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗能够改善患者的凝血功能,调节血脂水平,提高心功能,保证治疗效果,且不良反应发生率较低,具有较高的安全性。

Objective:To study the effects of tegretol tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets on ieft ventricular ejec⁃tion fraction(LVEF)and cardiac index(CI)in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:140 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital between October 2020 and March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group using the random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with clopidogrel,and the observation group was treated with tegretol tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),plasma prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB),and prothrombin time(TT)were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=5.036,7.618,5.030,4.207,P<0.05).The triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high-den⁃sity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant dif⁃ferences(t=11.326,10.100,14.899,8.786,P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac index(CI),and cardiac beats per minute(CO)were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(t=5.035,8.225,8.301,P<0.05).The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.079,P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease,the use of tegretol tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets can improve patients’coagulation function,regulate blood lipid levels,improve cardiac function,ensure the therapeutic effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,with a high safety rate.
