The academic style is the sum of learning atmosphere and academic spirit,which plays a crucial role in improving the quality of personnel cultivation.Faced with the dilemma of academic style construction in medical colleges and universities,we should follow the basic values of integration,full cycle,and systematicity,establish a "six in one" academic style construction and education mechanism,integrate education to form a joint force,and improve the quality of personnel cultivation in medical colleges and universities.
