综合康复护理对脑瘫患儿功能恢复的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Care on Functional Recovery of Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的:探究综合康复护理对脑瘫患儿功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年11月韶关市第二人民医院收治的小儿脑瘫患儿160例作研究对象,按随机数表法划分为对照组和研究组,每组各80例。均给予常规治疗,对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上给予综合康复护理干预。比较两组不同分型患儿护理后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、生活质量Bartthel指数评分、护理总有效率。结果:护理后,研究组痉挛型、不随意运动型、肌张力低下型、混合型脑瘫患儿Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.755、6.844、7.930、5.284,P<0.05);护理后,研究组痉挛型、不随意运动型、肌张力低下型、混合型脑瘫患儿生活质量Bartthel指数评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.312、8.655、9.420、6.173,P<0.05);研究组80例脑瘫患儿Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、生活质量Bartthel指数评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.216、15.491,P<0.05);护理后,研究组护理总有效率97.50%高于对照组83.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.126,P<0.05)。结论:脑瘫患儿实施综合康复护理干预后护理有效率显著提升,且能改善不同类型脑瘫患儿的运动功能、生活自理能力。

Objective:To explore the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the functional recovery of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:160 cases of pediatric cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to November 2022 were se⁃lected and divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The con⁃trol group implemented conventional nursing interventions,and the study group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in⁃terventions on the basis of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer motor function score,quality of life Bartthel index score,and total ef⁃ficiency of nursing care were compared between the two groups of children with different subtypes after nursing care.Results:Af⁃ter care,the Fugl-Meyer motor function scores of children with spastic,inattentive,hypotonic,and mixed cerebral palsy were higher in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=9.755,6.844,7.930,5.284,P<0.05).After care,the quality of life Bartthel index scores of children with spastic,inattentive,hypotonic,and mixed cerebral palsy were higher in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=5.312,8.655,9.420,6.173,P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer motor function score and quality of life Bartthel index score of 80 children with cerebral palsy in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=15.216,15.491,P<0.05).After care,the total effective rate of care in the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 83.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.126,P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficiency of care for children with cerebral palsy was signifi⁃cantly increased after the implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation care intervention,and the motor function and self-care ability of children with different types of cerebral palsy were improved.
