三位一体的混合式教学模式应用于静脉注射法实验教学中的效果

摘要 选择我院新进护士80名为实验对象,探讨三位一体的混合式教学模式应用于静脉注射法实验教学中的效果。研究表明,三位一体的混合式教学模式能调动新进护士对静脉注射的学习兴趣与动机,有利于他们克服畏难情绪,提高其对静脉注射理论与实际操作内容的掌握程度,进而增强培训效果,且护士对教学方法较为满意。 We selected 80 fresh nurses from our hospital as experimental subjects to explore the effectiveness of the trinity mixed teaching model applied in experimental teaching of intravenous injection method.Research has shown that the trinity mixed teaching model can stimulate the fresh nurses' learning interest and motivation of intravenous injection,help them overcome their fear of difficulty,improve their mastery of intravenous injection theory and practical operation content,so as to improve the training effect,nurses are more satisfied with the teaching method as well.
