沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效性及护理效果探讨

Exploration of the Effectiveness and Nursing Effect of Sakubatril Valsartan Sodium in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效性及护理效果。方法:选取2020年1—12月广西医科大学第七附属医院收治的142例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各71例。对照组应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗,研究组在此基础上实施护理干预。对比两组患者护理实施后治疗依从性及有效性、左心室舒张极限内径长度(LVEDD)、左心室射血最大分数比例(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径长度(LVESD)指标、b型钠尿肽(BNP)水平、6 min步行实验(6 MWT)结果。结果:研究组依从率为94.4%,有效率为90.1%,均高于对照组的76.1%、70.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.736、6.082,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组LVEDD、LVESD指标低于对照组,LVEF指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.453、21.039、19.843,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组BNP水平低于对照组,6 MWT高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=21.078、20.964,P<0.05)。结论:在沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗慢性心力衰竭的过程中实施护理干预的效果显著,可提高患者临床治疗的依从性,利于改善患者心功能,临床有效性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness and care of sakubatril valsartan sodium in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:142 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 71 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sakubatril valsartan sodium,and the study group implemented nursing interventions on this basis.The results of treatment compliance and effectiveness,left ventricular ultimate diastolic internal diameter length(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection maximal fraction ratio(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic internal diameter length(LVESD)in⁃dex,b-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)level,and 6 min walk test(6 MWT)were compared between the two groups of patients after the implementation of care.Results:The compliance rate of the study group was 94.4%and the effective rate was 90.1%,both higher than 76.1%and 70.4%of the control group,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=5.736,6.082,P<0.05).After the in⁃tervention,LVEDD and LVESD indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and LVEF indexes were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=20.453,21.039,19.843,P<0.05).After the inter⁃vention,BNP levels were lower in the study group than in the control group,and 6 MWT was higher than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=21.078,20.964,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing interventions in the treatment of chronic heart failure with sakubatril valsartan sodium is effective,improves patient compliance with clinical treatment,facilitates improvement of patient cardiac function,and has high clinical effectiveness.
