摘要
评估联合查房模式在检验医师规范化培训中提高培训质量的效果。选取2020年5月至2021年5月在桂林医学院附属医院进行检验医师规范化培训的学员,按照培训时间分为对照组和实验组。实验组利用联合查房模式进行规范化培训,对照组采用传统教学巡诊进行规范化培训,观察两组培训效果。实践表明,在检验医师规范化培训中联合查房模式优于传统教学巡诊,有助于学生临床思维的培养。
To evaluate the effectiveness of joint patient rounds in improving the quality of standardized training for laboratory physicians.The trainees who received standardized training for laboratory physicians in the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the training time.The experimental group received standardized training through joint patient rounds,while the control group received standardized training through traditional teaching rounds,the training effects of the two groups were observed.Practice has shown that the joint patient rounds model is superior to traditional teaching rounds in standardized training for laboratory physicians,which helps to cultivate students' clinical thinking.
