我国护士职业获益感相关研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of the relevant studies on sense of professional benefit of nurses

目的从文献计量学的角度分析我国护士职业获益感现状及研究发展趋势,为相关研究进一步开展提供参考。方法从中国知网、万方学术论文数据库和维普中文科技期刊数据库作为统计数据来源,检索自建库至2022年10月收录的关于国内护士职业获益感的相关文献,利用CiteSpace对检索文献进行可视化分析。结果共纳入有效文献256篇,自2016年开始,国内发文量快速上升,文献量分布为山东省发文量最多,其次为经济发达的上海、河南、天津、广东等地区,其中63.47%的研究成果来源于医疗机构,发文在10篇以上的机构共有2个,所纳入文献中获得了80类基金项目的支持,有73.83%的研究是调查类型,主要围绕护士职业获益感现状、影响因素、中介效应而展开。结论我国护士职业获益感研究发展迅速,日益受到重视,但研究质量有待提高,研究的深度及广度不够,医院管理者应重视护士职业获益感的培养与提升,全面提高护理质量水平。

Objective To analyze the status and research development trend of nurses'sense of professional benefit,to provide reference for further development of related research.Methods Relevant literature on the sense of professional benefit of domestic nurses were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases from the inception to October 2022.Visualized analysis of the retrieved literature was conducted using CiteSpace.Results A total of 256 effective literature were included.Since 2016,the number of domestic literature has increased rapidly,with Shandong Province having the largest number of literature,followed by Shanghai,Henan,Tianjin,Guangdong,and other regions.Among them,63.47%of the research results came from medical institutions,and there were two institutions with more than 10 publications.Among the included literature,80 types of fund projects were supported,and 73.83%of the studies were of survey types,which mainly focused on the status quo,influencing factors,and mediating effects of nurses'sense Figure 1 Publication distribution of literature related to sense of professional benefit of nurses in China from 2007 to 2022 of professional benefit.Conclusion The research on the sense of professional benefit of nurses is developing rapidly and getting more and more attention,but the quality of the research needs to be improved,and the depth and breadth of the research are not enough.Hospital managers should pay attention to the cultivation and improvement of the sense of professional benefit of nurses,and comprehensively promote the improvement of the level of nursing quality.
