活性血炭对盐湖工业氯化钾的纯化 被引量:1

摘要 以高比表面积的活性血炭(B-AC)为吸附剂,采用冷分解吸附法纯化工业氯化钾。采用SEM、XRD和FTIR对吸附剂的结构、形貌和成分进行了表征。B-AC纯化工业氯化钾(I-KCl)后的实验数据与中华人民共和国国家标准食品级氯化钾和药品级氯化钾的物理及化学指标进行对比,结果表明:当使用1 g及1 g以上的B-AC纯化工业氯化钾时,氯化钾、氯化钠、水分、钙镁离子、铅离子、砷离子、十八胺及硫酸根离子的指标均符合食品级和药品级氯化钾的优级指标。其中,纯化后的氯化钾中含氯化钾达99.5%以上,可作为食品级和药品级氯化钾。 Industrial potassium chloride was purified by cold decomposition adsorption using active blood carbon(B-AC)with high surface area as adsorbent.The structure,morphology and composition of the adsorbent were characterized by SEM,XRD and FTIR.The experimental data after B-AC purification of industrial potassium chloride(I-KCl)were compared with the physical and chemical indexes of the People's Republic of China national standard food grade potassium chloride and pharmaceutical grade potassium chloride.The results showed that when 1 g or more active blood carbon is used to purify industrial potassium chloride,the indexes of potassium chloride,sodium chloride,water,calcium and magnesium ions,lead ions,arsenic ions,octadecylamine and sulfate ions are in line with the excellent grade indexes of food grade and pharmaceutical grade potassium chloride.Among them,the purified potassium chloride contains more than 99.5%potassium chloride,which can be used as food grade and drug grade potassium chloride.
