摘要
为了增强透水混凝土的强度、耐久性等,试验制备了一种塑钢纤维改性透水混凝土,并研究塑钢纤维长度、掺量对材料性能的影响。结果表明,较长的塑钢纤维和塑钢纤维掺量过多均会使透水混凝土的透水性更差;透水混凝土的抗压强度与塑钢纤维长度关系较小;当塑钢纤维长度为40 mm、掺量为6 kg/m3时,透水混凝土的抗压强度良好,为20.6 MPa;塑钢纤维的长度和掺量增加均会提升透水混凝土抗折强度;增加塑钢纤维长度会降低材料耐久性,然而,增加塑钢纤维掺量会增加材料耐久性。因此,试验确定最适宜的塑钢纤维长度为40 mm,掺量为6 kg/m3,此时,透水混凝土的透水性良好,力学性能和耐久性较好。
In order to enhance the strength and durability of permeable concrete,a kind of plastic steel fiber modified permeable concrete was prepared in this experiment,and the effects of the length and content of plastic steel fiber on material properties were studied.The experimental results showed that both longer plastic steel fibers and excessive amounts of plastic steel fibers can make the water permeability of permeable concrete worse;The compressive strength of permeable concrete has little relationship with the length of plastic steel fibers;When the length of plastic steel fiber is 40 mm and the content is 6 kg/m 3,the compressive strength of permeable concrete is good,which is 20.6 MPa;Increasing the length and content of plastic steel fibers will enhance the flexural strength of permeable concrete;Increasing the length of plastic steel fiber will reduce the durability of the material,however,increasing the content of plastic steel fiber will increase the durability of the material.Therefore,this test determines that the most suitable length of plastic steel fiber is 40 mm,and the dosage is 6 kg/m 3.At this time,the permeable concrete has good water permeability,mechanical properties,and durability.
