身份多样性对个体心理和行为的影响及内在机制

The Effect of Identity Multiplicity on Individuals' Psychology,Behavior and Mechanism

摘要 个体具有多重社会身份。本研究聚焦于个体所拥有社会身份的数量特征,首先明确了身份多样性的概念内涵,系统梳理了身份多样性的前因以及对个体认知、情感、行为层面的影响,归纳了身份多样性发挥作用的内在机制并整合了其中的逻辑关系。最后,在总结了现有研究局限的基础上,分别从身份多样性的诱发因素和影响后果两个方面提出了未来研究展望,并拓展了现有身份多样性的研究视角,为后续理论研究和实践应用提供了参考和方向。 Individuals often hold multiple social identities.This study focuses on the quantitative characteristics of individual's social identity and the concept and operational methods of identity multiplicity are clarified.Then,this paper systematically reviews the antecedents of identity multiplicity and its effects on individual cognition,emotion and behavior,as well as summarizes the mechanism and boundary conditions and integrates the logical relations among them.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the limitations of existing research,this paper puts forward the prospect of the future research from two aspects,including antecedents and consequences of identity multiplicity,and other perspectives,providing reference and direction for subsequent theoretical research and practical application.
