人才是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要指标之一,国家发展靠人才,民族振兴靠人才。我们党始终重视培养人才、引领人才,团结和支持各方面人才为党和人民事业建功立业。文章通过回顾三次人才工作会议召开的时代背景、主要内容及改革方向、具体措施等了解新时代我国人才强国战略的发展脉络及演变情况,并结合二十大报告相关内容为我们在新的时代背景下研判和开展人才工作给予重要的启示。

Talent is one of the important indicators to measure a country’s comprehensive national strength.The development of a country depends on talent and the rejuvenation of the nation depends on talent.Our Party has always attached great importance to training and guiding talents,and united and supported talents in all fields to make contributions to the cause of the Party and the people.By reviewing the historical background,main content,reform direction,and specific measures of the three conferences on talent work,this paper tries to understand the development context and evolution of China’s strategy on talent development in the new era,and combines the relevant contents of the 20 major reports to provide important enlightenment for us to study,judge and carry out talent work in the new era.
