科创板的设立集中体现了科技创新对科技型企业的重要性。文章对科创板上市企业成长路径进行了研究,分析了科创板政策、企业成长周期、创新投入、创新产出、人才队伍等共性规律,凝练了科创板上市企业特征,为科创板上市企业群体画像,探索建立科创板企业培育库遴选标准,为江苏省进一步培育企业创新主体、优化江苏省创新环境、促进产业链和创新链进一步融合提出建议。

The establishment of science and technology innovation board embodies the importance of scientific and technological innovation to scientific and technological enterprises.This paper studies the growth path of listed enterprises in science and technology innovation board,analyzes the common laws of science and technology innovation board’s policy,enterprise growth cycle,innovation input,innovation output,talent team,etc.,condenses the characteristics of listed enterprises in science and technology innovation board,explores the selection criteria for establishing science and technology innovation board enterprise incubator for the group portrait of listed enterprises in science and technology innovation board,and puts forward suggestions for further cultivating enterprise innovation subjects,optimizing innovation environment and promoting further integration of industrial chain and innovation chain in Jiangsu Province.
