Design of a Shockproof Solar Simulator

文章介绍了一种防震式太阳模拟器。通过采用一种钢丝绳减震器作为太阳模拟器的减震装置,有效避免了因震动引起的模拟器元器件松动以及氙灯、滤光片等关键设备破损等问题。防震式太阳模拟器用于目前开发的光伏电站现场移动检测车,能节约调试、校准时间,而且不会因为车辆行驶颠簸影响设备的测试性能,可以有效提高光伏电站现场太阳电池组件的检测效率和检测准确度。

This paper introduces a shockproof solar simulator.By using a wire rope shock absorber as the shock absorber of the solar simulator,the problems such as loosening of simulator components,and the damage to key equipment such as xenon lamps and filters caused by vibration were effectively avoided.The shockproof solar simulator was used in the currently developed on-site mobile detection vehicle for photovoltaic power plants,which could save debugging and calibration time,and would not affect the testing performance of the equipment due to vehicle bumps,effectively improving the detection efficiency and accuracy of photovoltaic power plant on-site solar cell components.
