This paper mainly takes the science and technology business incubators in Qinghai High-tech Zone as the research object,focuses on the actual role of incubators in cultivating the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises,finds out the development difficulties and reasons of business incubators in Qinghai High-tech Zone,improves the construction capacity of science and technology business incubators,excavates the key elements in the development of science and technology business incubators in combination with the construction of high-tech zones,helps the rapid development of business incubators in Qinghai High-tech Development Zone,and provides reference for the high-quality construction and development of science and technology business incubators in Qinghai High-tech Development Zone.
