摘要 优化催化剂再生单元往复式压缩机用能结构,可降低45%的能耗。通过对比分析往复式压缩机旁路节流与HydroCOM气量无级调节系统PV图,后者在往复式压缩机节能降耗中所起到的作用十分明显,且技术路线成熟,应用广泛,投资效益期限短,使用效率高,便于日常管理,控制方式高度自动化,是目前往复式压缩机使用最广泛的调节系统。预计每年可节省生产费用236万元左右,投资收益期限短,运行1 a可全部回收成本。 Optimizing the energy consumption structure of the reciprocating compressor in the cata-lyst regeneration unit can be reduced 45%of energy consumption.By comparing and analyzing the bypass throttling of reciprocating compressor and the PV diagram of HydroCOM gas volume stepless regulation system,the latter plays a significant role in energy conservation and consumption reduction of reciprocating compressor,and has the mature technical route,wide application,short investment benefit period,high efficiency,easy daily management,and highly automated control methods,which is currently the most widely used regulation system for reciprocating compressors.Even more to the point,it is expected to save about 2.3 million yuan in production costs annually,with a short in-vestment return period and a full cost recovery after one year of operation.
