催化裂化装置完全再生改造的工业实践

摘要 中国石油大港石化公司140×10^(4) t/a催化裂化装置采用两段不完全燃烧工艺,由于部分CO化学能未回收,装置能耗高,环保达标水平较低。为降低装置能耗,对第二再生器进行了扩容改造,提高第二再生器的烧焦能力,实现完全再生。扩容改造的实施是通过第二再生器扩径、增加稀相沉降高度,将再生剂冷却器拆除改造为脱气罐,采用提前预制分段施工,高效地完成了改造工作。改造后第二再生器流化质量得到改善,烧焦比由22.9%增加至25.5%,混合烟气中CO含量为0,且外排烟气中VOCs接近0。此次改造为今后同类型装置改造提供了可借鉴经验。 The 140×10^(4) t/a catalytic cracking unit of Dagang Petrochemical Company,CNPC is used two-stage incomplete combustion process.Because the chemical energy of some CO is not re-covered,the energy consumption of device is high,and the level of environmental compliance is low.In order to reduce the energy consumption of the device,the second regenerator has been expanded to improve the coking capacity of the second regenerator and achieve complete regeneration.By expand-ing the diameter of the second regenerator and increasing the height of dilutephase sedimentation,the regenerator cooler is removed and the degassing tank is installed.The transformation content is effi-ciently completed by adopting the prefabricated section construction in advance.After the transforma-tion,the fluidization quality of the second regenerator is improved,the coking ratio is increased from 22.9%to 25.5%,the CO content in the mixed flue gas is zero,and the VOCs in the discharged flue gas are close to zero.The transformation is provided a reference experience for the future transforma-tion of the same type of device.
