同井注采技术与油藏工程一体化应用及效果评价 被引量:2

Integrated application and effect evaluation of injection-production technology and reservoirs with the same well

摘要 以“井下油水分离、注采一体化”为理念,自主研发了井下油水分离同井注采技术,在井下对高含水采出液进行油水分离,分离后的油举升至地面,分离出的水直接回注到地层,可大幅降低地面采出液量,节约开采成本。将该技术与油藏工程结合应用,通过调整注采层系,重构注采关系,可以改变并增加驱替方向,提高采收率。井组试验表明,利用该项技术可以实现高关井组复产,4口试验井平均含水率降低4个百分点,累计增油528.5 t,恢复了经济开采价值,为探索延长高含水老油田生命周期、拓展开发极限提供一种新的技术手段。 Based on the concept of"downhole oil-water separation,injection-production integra-tion",the downhole oil-water separation and injection-production technology in the same well are independently developed.The oil-water separation is carried out in the well,and the separated oil is lifted to the surface,and the separated water is directly reinjected into the formation,which can great-ly reduce the surface produced liquid volume and save the production cost.Combining this technology with reservoir engineering,by adjusting injection-production strata and reconstructing injection-pro-duction relationship,displacement direction can be changed and increased,and oil recovery can be improved.The well group test shows that this technology can realize the resumption of production in Gaoguan well group,the average water bearing of four test wells is reduced by 4 percentage points,the cumulative oil production is increased by 528.5 t,which restores the economic exploitation value and provides a new technical means for exploring and extending the life cycle of old oilfields with high water bearing and expanding the development limit.
