基于毛坯状态超薄型隔声砂浆楼板验收标准探讨

Discussion on Acceptance Standard of Ultra-thin Sound-proof Mortar Floor Based on Blank State

毛坯状态验收的绿色建筑项目占比较大,但规范没有规定毛坯状态验收分户楼板撞击声隔声性能的标准。研究10mm厚超薄型隔声砂浆楼板构造做法隔声性能,其中毛坯状态项目房间楼板的隔声性能测试计权标准化撞击声压级L'_(nT,w)平均值为64.8dB,铺设地砖状态项目分户楼板的L'_(nT,w)平均为73 dB,对比两者相差约8dB。建议基于毛坯状态分户楼板的验收标准L'_(nT,w)≤67 dB。

The green building project of blank condition acceptance accounts for a large proportion,but the code does not stipulate the standard of sound insulation performance of blank condition acceptance of household floor slab.The sound insulation performance of 10mm thick ultra-thin sound insulation mortar floor is studied.The sound insulation performance of the room floor of the blank state project weighs the standardized impact sound pressure level L'_(nT,w)average is 64.8dB,and the average L'_(nT,w)of the household floor of the laid tile state project is 73 dB,and the difference between the two is about 8dB.It is suggested that the acceptance standard of household floor based on the blank state L'_(nT,w)≤67 dB.
