超多车道高速公路设置左侧硬路肩的安全性研究

摘要 新建或改扩建双向八车道及以上超多车道高速公路已成为当前面临的主要任务,但国内尚无超多车道高速公路设置左侧硬路肩的案例,现行规范对设置左侧硬路肩也无强制性标准规定。本文主要从交通安全角度系统分析了左侧硬路肩的功能作用,并以高速公路内侧车辆碰撞事故率高为背景,利用PC-Crash软件对车辆碰撞事故进行仿真模拟,分析结果表明设置左侧硬路肩在降低事故率上效果显著。同时,在现有统计数据基础上对北二环高速改扩建完成后事故进行预测,发现设置合理宽度的左侧硬路肩可有效降低路段的事故数量。最后,综合国内发展形势和区域特点,提出超多车道高速公路在设置左侧硬路肩时应统筹考虑安全、实用、经济等的建议,在有条件时应尽量设置左侧硬路肩以提升道路交通安全。 Building or rebuilding two-way eight-lane and above super multi-lane highways has become the main task at present.However,there is no super multi-lane highway set the case of the left side of the hard shoulder,and the current specification set the left side of the hard shoulder is no mandatory standard.This paper mainly analyzes the functions and problems of the left hard shoulder from the perspective of traffic safety.Based on the high collision accident rate of the vehicles on the inside of the super multi-lane expressway,PC-Crash software is used to simulate the collision accident.The analysis results show that the setting of the left hard shoulder has a significant effect on reducing the accident rate.At the same time,based on the existing statistical data,the accident after the reconstruction and expansion of the North Second Ring Expressway is predicted.Setting a reasonable width of the left hard shoulder can reduce the number of accidents on the road section.Finally,based on the domestic development situation and regional characteristics,the safety,practicality and economy should be taken into account when setting up the left hard shoulder of the super multi-lane highway.Left hard shoulder should be set to improve road traffic safety when conditions permit.
