摘要
本研究对适用于华南地区的角茎野牡丹栽培基质进行探究,以165株角茎野牡丹植株进行为期半年的生物量和生长量记录分析和正交试验。以角茎野牡丹的三个生长量指标(植物高度、冠幅、地径)和生物量(全株干重)作为指标,探究黄泥含量、椰糠/菇渣配比、缓释肥含量的最佳配比。结果表明,基质配比为A_(2)B_(3)C_(3),即黄泥含量20%、椰糠/菇渣配比为1:2以及缓释肥含量为6 kg/m^(3),为最适合角茎野牡丹在华南地区生长的基质配比。在华南地区,角茎野牡丹展示出其优良的园林景观效果,拥有良好的园林应用市场,适合的栽培基质的研发,有利于角茎野牡丹的标准化、规模化繁育,极大地提高苗圃出圃产品的效率和质量。
This research aims at exploring the cultivation substrates of Tibouchina granulosa suitable for South China.The reaserch used 165 T.granulosa plants as subjects for an orthogonal experiments,recording and analysing the biomass and growth data for half year.Three growth indicators(plant height,crown width,ground diameter)and biomass(whole plant dry weight)of T.granulosa were used as indicators to explore the best ratio content of yellow mud,the ratio of coconut bran/mushroom residue,and the content of slow-release fertilizer.The results showed that the A_(2)B_(3)C_(3)(the content of yellow mud was 20%,the ratio of coconut bran/mushroom residue was 1:2,and the content of slow-release fertilizer was 6 kg/m^(3))was the most suitable cultivation substrate for the growth of T.granulosa in Southern China.In Southern China,T.granulosa has shown its excellent landscape effect and has a good garden application market.Therefore,the research of suitable cultivation substrates is conducive to the standardized and large-scale breeding of T.granulosa which will greatly improve the efficiency and quality of nursery products.
