摘要
人工地层冻结法(AGF)已被广泛应用在富水地区的地铁隧道施工中,但该工法在带来强大的封水和临时加固能力的同时,也使得地层产生了冻胀融沉效应,进而对地表及周边环境产生不良影响。为此,本文依托福州地铁某区间隧道联络通道冻结工程,从冻结施工设计和地层冻胀融沉的宏观角度出发,提出了基于调控冻结参数和泄压系数的地层冻胀控制技术和基于注浆孔注浆的地层融沉综合控制方案。现场施工表明,该综合调控方案具有良好的成效,保证了该联络通道安全有效施工,可为相关技术人员的工程实践提供参考依据。
Artificial ground freezing(AGF)method has been widely used in the construction of subway tunnels in water-rich areas.However,this method not only brings strong water sealing and temporary reinforcement ability,but also makes the formation produce frost heave and thaw settlement effect,which has a negative impact on the surface and surrounding environment.Therefore,based on the freezing project of a connecting passage in a section of Fuzhou Metro,this paper puts forward the frost heave control technology based on regulating freezing parameters and pressure relief coefficient and the comprehensive control scheme of ground thawing settlement based on grouting hole grouting from the macro perspective of ground frost heave and thawing settlement.The field construction shows that the comprehensive control scheme has a good effect and ensures the safe and effective construction of the connecting passage.The research can provide a reference for the engineering practice of relevant technical personnel.
