装配式多舱综合管廊预应力施工技术研究

摘要 本文介绍了一种上下分体式预制多舱管廊预应力施工工艺,多舱综合竖向连接采用了12根高强PC钢棒,通过试验及理论计算,确定不同直径的PC钢棒张拉应力大小和张拉顺序。多舱综合纵向连接采用了8根预应力钢绞线,通过试安装和理论计算,形成更加高效的预应力施工方法,通过预制管廊底部与基坑摩擦力、遇水膨胀胶条的压缩量来计算预应力的大小,确保节段管廊之间的防水效果,同时保障了整节管廊的强度、防水、精度等质量要求,还加快了整体工程进度,降低了施工成本,提升了装配式多舱综合管廊的安装效率,有效助力了市政装配式产业的高质量发展。 In this paper,a prestressed construction technology of prefabricated multi-coMPartment pipe corridor is introduced.12 high-strength PC steel rods are used for the comprehensive vertical connection of multi-coMPartment.The tensile stress and tension sequence of PC steel rods with different diameters are determined by experiments and theoretical calculations.A more efficient prestressing construction method is formed through trial installation and theoretical calculation.The prestressing force is calculated by the friction between the bottom of the prefabricated pipe gallery and the foundation pit,and the compression of the expansion rubber strip in contact with water,so as to ensure the waterproof effect between the section pipe gallery and ensure the quality requirements of the strength,waterproof and precision of the whole pipe gallery.It also speeds up the overall project progress,reduces the construction cost,improves the installation efficiency of the prefabricated multi-cabin integrated pipe gallery,and effectively helps the high-quality development of the municipal prefabricated industry.
