摘要
目前在传统建筑工程领域,项目管理已经相对成熟,对项目管理的难点和对策有了充分的总结和探索。然而,大型防疫应急改造工程项目的项目管理研究还相对较少。本文采用了案例研究的方法,以广州某方舱医院工程建设管理为例,从设计、施工、质量、造价和现场管理等多个角度对大型防疫应急改造工程项目管理的难点进行了深入分析。通过对实践的探讨,从组织管理、设计、进度、质量、造价和成本管理、现场疫情防控等角度总结了管理实践,旨在为大型防疫应急改造工程的建设管理提供科学参考。
This paper employs a case study approach,using the construction management of a temporary hospital project in Guangzhou as a case,to thoroughly analyze the challenges of managing large-scale epidemic emergency renovation projects from multiple aspects such as design,construction,quality,cost,and on-site management.Through practical discussions,it summarizes management practices in areas including organizational management,design,schedule,quality,cost,and on-site epidemic prevention and control.The aim is to offer a scientific reference for the construction management of such projects.
