摘要
作为城市地下空间开发的副产物,盾构渣土由于产量大、流动性强、含各类添加剂而难以处理,是“无废城市”建设亟需解决的关键问题。为了探索更有效的盾构渣土处理处置方法,本文从渣土生产过程出发,详细阐述了不同地层下渣土的不同特性,以及对应的渣土改良技术。在此基础上,对目前常用的盾构渣土处理处置技术进行了具体分析。盾构渣土直接利用技术应用较多,但是处理量有限,效率不高;渣土资源化利用技术研究较多,但是大多处于实验室研究阶段,市场化难度较大。基于以上结论,本文提出了目前渣土处理处置领域存在的三大问题:盾构渣土分类与利用缺乏标准支撑、盾构渣土管理数字化程度不高和盾构渣土的利用效率较低,提出了相应的解决方案。本文的研究结果能够为“无废城市”建设提供理论支撑和技术支持。
As a by-product of urban underground space development,shield muck is difficult to treat due to its large output,strong mobility and various additives,which is a key problem to be solved in the construction of"Zero-Waste City".In order to explore a more effective treatment method of shield muck,this paper described the muck production process,elaborated the different characteristics of muck under different strata and the corresponding muck improvement technology.On this basis,the commonly used shield muck treatment technology was analyzed in detail.The direct utilization technology of shield muck was widely used,but the handling capacity was limited and the efficiency was not high.Many researches worked on the waste soil resource utilization technology.However,most of these technologies were in the laboratory research stage..Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward three problems existing in the field of slag disposal:lack of standard support for the classification and utilization of shield slag,low digitization of shield slag management,and low utilization efficiency of shield slag,and the corresponding solutions is also involved.The results of this study can provide theoretical and technical support for the construction of"Zero-Waste City".
