水喷雾作用下特高压换流变压器火灾上部空间温度研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对换流变压器火灾中换流变压器上方跨线受热后易发生断裂的现象,利用火灾动力学模拟软件(fire dynamics simulator,FDS),研究换流变压器发生火灾时,周边水喷雾系统对上部空间温度分布的影响。结果表明:处于围护结构中的换流变压器发生火灾时易形成贴壁火羽流,并在喷雾作用下在远离阀厅的位置形成另外的高温区域;变压器上油枕、套管等结构,影响了火灾发生时的羽流流场,进而阻碍了部分区域的温度演变,在模拟所得温度场情况下,线缆钢材温度已经超过其力学性能和机械性能失效的临界值,因此需要对相应位置处的结构提供保护、加强材料性能以及保证水喷雾系统的有效性,提升线缆在火灾中的可靠性,降低火灾次生灾害引起的损失。 In view of likely breakage of link above the converter transformer in the fire of converter transformer,the fire dynamics simulator(FDS)simulation software is used to study the effect of the water spray system on the temperature distribution of the upper space in case of fire of the converter transformer.The results show that the change of the converter transformer in the containment structure is easily shaped into the wall fire plume,and the other high temperature area is formed at the position far away from the valve hall by the spray effect.The fire plume filed in the case of fire is affected by such structures as upper oil conservator of transformer,and bushing etc,which hindered temperature evolution of partial area.In case of temperature filed obtained by the simulation,the temperature of the cable steel has exceeded the critical value of the mechanical and mechanical failure,so it needs providing protection for the structure of the corresponding position,strengthening the performance of the material,ensuring the effectiveness of the water spray system,improving reliability of the cable in the fire as well as reducing the loss due to the secondary disaster of the fire.
