复合材料夹芯板反复冲击损伤累积特性实验研究

摘要 本文采用INSTRON 9350落锤冲击试验机进行了碳纤维增强复合材料PVC泡沫夹芯板反复冲击加载实验,得到了冲击力-时间、冲击力-位移曲线以及复合材料损伤试验图等,研究了反复冲击载荷下复合材料夹芯板动态响应与损伤累积演化机制。研究结果表明,反复冲击载荷作用下复合材料夹芯板不仅会导致动态变形与损伤程度不断累积,而且还可能产生损伤模式演化。随着反复冲击次数的增加,复合材料夹芯板结构弯曲刚度逐渐降低,结构出现明显的弱化现象。 In this paper,the repeated impact tests of composite sandwich panels were carried out by using Instron 9350 drop weight impact testing machine.The impact force-time,impact force-displacement curves and damage diagrams were obtained to investigate the dynamic response and damage accumulation characteristics under single and repeated impact loads.The results show that the dynamic deformation and damage degree of composite sandwich plates are accumulated,and the damage mode evolution may occur under repeated impacts.With the increase of repeated impact number,the bending stiffness of composite sandwich plates decreases gradually,and the structures are obviously weakened.
