核测井仪探测器输出信号特征分析及信号处理电路设计

摘要 伽马探测器是核测井仪的核心器件,起到将地层放射性物理信息转化为可量化的电信号的作用,是实现数字化测井的桥梁。其输出信号是微弱的负极性电流脉冲,不能直接被信号采集电路所接收,因此,需要设计专门的信号处理电路进行规范化调整。对伽马探测器输出信号进行特征分析并结合煤矿应用环境特点,设计并实现了可满足小体积、低功耗、高可靠性需求的信号处理电路。经测试验证表明,电路性能稳定,能有效将待处理的非标信号调整得到标准的方波信号,达到预期技术需求。 Gamma detector is the core component of nuclear logging instrument,which plays a role in transforming formation radioactive physical information into quantifiable electrical signal,and is a bridge to realize digital logging.Its output signal is weak negative current pulse,which can not be directly received by the signal acquisition circuit.Therefore,it is necessary to design a special signal processing circuit for standardization adjustment.By analyzing the characteristics of the output signal of Gamma detector and combining with the characteristics of the application environment of coal mine,a signal processing circuit which can meet the requirements of small volume,low power consumption and high reliability is designed and realized.The test results show that the circuit has stable performance and can effectively adjust the non⁃standard signal to get the standard square wave signal,which can meet the expected technical requirements.
