基于GIS的流域梯级电站综合信息处理关键技术研究

摘要 在对流域梯级电站综合信息进行处理的过程中,存在着数据量大、分散性强、关联度高及处理较为复杂的问题。而目前的电站信息化维度低,数据处理自适应难度大,难以依靠实景数据提前设置可靠的电站运维及应急处置方案。文中在大量电站实景数据的基础上,建立了各站运行实况数据库,基于地理信息系统(GIS)平台,依靠大数据分析、人工智能现代先进信息技术,以提升指挥中心风险管控和决策能力为目标,生成了电站现有运行状态与隐患发展的3D可视化实况图。通过将不同电站的实景数据输入智能训练模型,将优化后的参数传递到在线监测模型即可实现数字化分析,进而及时掌握各站的隐患发展状况,实现流域梯级电站的信息整合与资源优化。 In the process of processing the comprehensive information of cascade hydropower stations in the basin,there are some problems,such as large amount of data,strong dispersion,high correlation and complex processing.At present,the informatization dimension of the power station is low,and the adaptive data processing is difficult.It is difficult to rely on the real data to set up a reliable power station operation and maintenance and emergency disposal plan in advance.Based on a large number of actual data of the power station,this paper establishes the actual operation database of each station.Based on the Geographic Information System(GIS)platform,relying on big data analysis,artificial intelligence and modern advanced information technology,and aiming at improving the risk control and decision⁃making ability of the command center,a 3D visual live map of the existing operation state and hidden danger development of the power station is generated.By inputting the actual data of different power stations into the intelligent training model,and then transmitting the optimized parameters to the online monitoring model,the digital analysis can be realized,so as to grasp the hidden danger development status of each station in time,and realize the information integration and resource optimization of cascade power stations in the basin.
