Reality and Development Path of Smart Policing Construction

近年来,各地智慧警务建设迅速发展,硬件建设初具规模,“情指勤舆”一体化运行机制基本形成,警务数据渠道基本贯通,人才队伍基本搭建完成。但是,在智慧警务建设中还存在一些问题,包括各地硬件建设发展不均衡、风险防控重视不足、情报系统建设不完善、专业人才缺乏、人才培训不规范等。为了更好地助力城市犯罪防控,智慧警务建设需要加强顶层设计,推动智能技术与公安业务工作的纵深融合,加强警务数据智慧化建设,构建高水平智慧警务专业人才队伍。

The construction of smart policing in various regions has developed rapidly in recent years,which is reflected in the inchoate hardware scale,the formation of the integrated operation mechanism,the connection of police data channels,and the completion of talent force.However,there are still some problems in the construction of smart policing,such as unbalanced hardware development,insufficient attention to risk prevention and control,imperfect intelligence systems,lack of professionals,and irregular talent training.In order to better assist in urban crime prevention and control,smart policing construction needs to strengthen top-level design,promote the in-depth integration of intelligent technology and public security operations,reinforce the intelligent police data,and build a team of high-level smart policing professionals.
