Construction of Government Procurement Informatization in Public Security Colleges in the “Internet +” Era

在飞速发展的“互联网+”时代,政府采购信息化建设工作已成为高校日常运转中重要的组成部分,由于公安院校的特殊性,政府采购更加需要安全、公正、规范的网络化管理。当前,公安院校普遍存在采购信息化管理制度不完善、采购信息公开不充分、招标评审流程不规范、平台间数据整合难度大等情况,应健全政府采购内部控制管理,搭建政府采购信息化管理平台,完善政府采购监管机制,在保障数据安全的基础上,实现数据共享,提升采购管理能力和服务水平,推进公安院校政府采购电子化、信息化管理。

In the rapidly progressing“Internet+”era,the construction of government procurement informatization has become an important part of the daily operation of universities.In special units such as public security colleges,government procurement requires more secure,fair,and standardized network management.At present,public security colleges generally have problems such as incomplete procurement informatization management systems,insufficient disclosure of procurement information,non-standard bidding and evaluation processes,and difficulty in integrating data among platforms.In response to the issues,public security colleges should improve the internal control management,establish informatization management platform,and perfect supervision mechanism of the government procurement.On the basis of ensuring data security,public security colleges can achieve data sharing,enhance procurement management capabilities and service levels,so as to promote the electronic and informatization management of government procurement.
