新型警务智库视域下公安院校人才培养模式探究

Talent Cultivation Mode in Public Security Colleges from the Perspective of New Police Think Tanks

新型警务智库建设在中国特色新型智库的建设中具有重要的地位和作用,推进以服务中国特色社会主义新型警务智库建设为导向的公安院校人才培养模式的改革与创新,是新形势下国家和社会发展的必然要求,也是新型警务智库建设发展的现实需求和公安高等教育内涵式发展的内在要求。结合当前我国公安院校在新型警务智库人才培养模式方面存在的培养目标不清晰、专业课程体系不科学、教学模式墨守成规、教学评价机制简单、人才培养缺乏个性等问题,学习借鉴国外警察院校警务人才培养的经验,探索从明确培养目标、改革培养模式、创新育人团队、完善评价机制等方面的完善以促进新型警务智库人才的培养。

The new police think tanks play an important role in the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics.It is an inevitable requirement for the social progress in new era,a practical demand for the development of new police think tanks and higher education in public security by promoting the innovation of talent cultivation mode in public security colleges guided by serving the construction of new police think tanks with Chinese characteristics.Combined with the matters of unclear training objective,unscientific professional curriculum system,rigid teaching model,simple teaching evaluation mechanism,and lack of individuality in the talent cultivation of new police think tanks in public security colleges,we aims to accelerate the talent cultivation by learning from the experience of foreign police colleges,and exploring ways to perfect training objective,training model,educational team,evaluation mechanism,etc.
