At the end of the 1980s,Huang Beijia’s novels strengthened the writing of social reality,ending the lyrical era of romanticism.However,she did not stop the lyricism of novels;instead,in order to achieve the effect of preserving beauty,metaphorical emotions,and annotating the era she inherited and transformed the internalization and symbolization of Chinese lyrical tradition.In her novels,she portrays the lyrical subject shifting from confused self-lyrical image to individuality of intersubjectivity,emphasizing that the call of grand goals to the subject should maintain consistency with individual needs,in line with the social and moral nature of Chinese lyrical tradition.Huang Beijia’s novels internalize her life experience and aesthetic experience,and integrate her passionate reflection on history and traditional culture of China.Her novels can not only interpret personal feelings and ideals poetically,but also interpret the national spirit,patriotic sentiment and other values grandly,creating a lyric realm full of human warmth,historical depth,cultural height and ideological strength.
