身体素养视域下我国终身体育理论构建研究 被引量:4

摘要 梳理我国终身体育理论研究现状,提出终身体育研究要跳出工具价值,重塑终身体育意义价值;跳出学校教育领域,构建终身体育体系。身体素养理念为终身体育确立了从“离身”到“具身”、从“表现”到“体验”、从“割裂”到“整合”的价值取向。构建“双全—双生”终身体育个体发展理论,以情感、身体、认知、行为4个维度作为终身体育的个体全面发展要素,以全生命周期为参与时间,指向生命体验的获得,以形成生活体育文化为价值追求。构建“融通—共生”的终身体育体系发展理论,认为终身体育体系应包含学校体育、群众体育和竞技体育。面对3类体育形态发展目标有分歧、认识定位有偏差及协同合作有壁垒的问题,提出通过以身体素养培育为目标促进各形态体育融通,以终身体育体系化发展为路径促进各形态体育共生来破解。 After analyzing the current situation of lifelong sports theory research in China,this research proposes that lifelong sports should transcend instrumental value and reshape the significance value of it,and also move beyond the domain of school education to establish a lifelong sports system.The concept of physical literacy has established a value orientation for lifelong sports,shifting from disembodiment to embodiment,from performance to experience,and from fragmentation to integration.This research constructs a theory of“full life circle,all-round development,life experience and life sports culture”of individual development in lifelong sports,taking four dimensions of emotion,physics,cognition and behavior as comprehensive elements for individual development in lifelong sports,and full life circle as participation time,which aims to acquire life experiences and form life sports life as value pursuit.It also constructs a theory of“integration and intergrowth”of system development in lifelong sports,which holds that lifelong sports system should be composed of school physical education,mass sports and competitive sports.To address the problems of conflicting development goals,biased perceptions and obstructed collaborative cooperation among these three forms of sports,it suggests to promote the integration of various forms of sports with the goal of physical literacy development and the intergrowth of various forms of sports with the approach of a systematic development of lifelong sports.
