“三个务必”是党中央立足新时代向全党发出的思想号令和政治动员。从逻辑生成来看,“三个务必”源于中国共产党对跳出治乱兴衰历史周期率的总结和借鉴,始于中国共产党走好新时代赶考之路的清醒和坚定,基于中国共产党对“两个大局”的洞察和判断。从科学内涵来看,“务必不忘初心、牢记使命”是中国共产党人的理想信念和价值目标,“务必谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗”是中国共产党人的奋斗姿态和优良作风,“务必敢于斗争、善于斗争”是中国共产党人的政治品质和制胜法宝。从实践路径来看,贯彻落实“三个务必”,应积极开展“三个务必”主题教育活动、建立健全“三个务必”的制度规范体系、涵养良好的政治生态环境,为中华民族的伟大复兴提供不竭的精神动力。

“Three imperatives”are the ideological orders and political mobilization issued by the Party Central Committee to the whole party in the new era.From the perspective of logical formation,“three imperatives”originate from the Communist Party of China’s summary and reference of jumping out of the historical cycle of the rise and fall of the anti-chaos,and from the Communist Party of China’s sobriety and determination in taking the road of examination in the new era,based on the Communist Party of China’s“two overall situation”insight and judgment.From the perspective of its scientific connotation,“being sure not to forget the original intention and keeping the mission in mind”is the ideal belief and value goal of the CPC,“being modest and prudent,and working hard”is the fighting attitude and fine style of the CPC,and“being brave and good at fighting”is the political quality and magic weapon of the CPC.From the perspective of practice,to implement the“three imperatives”,it is necessary to actively carry out the“three imperatives”theme education activities,establish and improve the“three imperatives”system,cultivate a good political ecological environment,and make the“three imperatives”truly become a great driving force on the new journey.
