Task and Path of Cultivating Students’Creative Labor Ability in Application-oriented Universities

创造性劳动能力是应用型本科高校人才培养的重要组成部分,有助于学生自我价值的实现。应用型本科高校创造性劳动能力培养的任务是在思想层面深刻理解创造性劳动精神,提升思想觉悟,建立为了国家和公共利益的劳动担当;在能力层面锻炼学生进行创造性劳动生产,增强其认识和运用规律解决现实问题的能力;在品质层面按照现实要求形成创新创造的劳动精神,成为具有优良品质的全面发展的人。建议新时代应用型本科高校从树立乐于创新、敢于创新的观念,完善劳动教育课程体系,校企联合打造劳动教育平台,建立师生间双向度的创造性劳动能力共生发展的机制等方面,强化学生创造性劳动能力的培养。

Creative labor ability is an important part of talent training in application-oriented universities and helps students realize their self-worth.At the ideological level,the task of cultivating the creative labor ability in application-oriented universities is to deeply understand the creative labor spirit,enhance the ideological consciousness,and establish the labor responsibility for the national and public interests.At the level of ability,the task is to train students to carry out creative labor production and enhance their ability to understand and apply laws to solve practical problems.At the quality level,we should form the spirit of innovation and creation in accordance with the actual requirements,and become an all-round development person with excellent quality.It is suggested that application-oriented universities in the new era strengthen the cultivation of students'creative labor ability from the aspects of establishing the concept of being willing and daring to innovate,perfecting the curriculum system of labor education,building a labor education platform jointly by schools and enterprises,and establishing a two-way symbiotic development mechanism of creative labor ability between teachers and students.
