线性低密度聚乙烯人造草丝专用料制备与表征

Preparation and characterization of artificial grass silk special material for linear low density polyethylene

摘要 在50 kg/h气相法聚乙烯中试装置上进行了线性低密度聚乙烯草丝专用料的生产,并开展了加工应用试验。结果表明:所生产草丝专用料的熔体流动速率为0.22 g/min,密度为0.926 g/cm^(3),各项性能达到指标设计要求;制备的人造草丝的耐磨转数达到25000转,断裂平均力为26.5 N,断裂伸长率为48%,达到运动草坪的性能指标要求。 The production of the grass silk special material for linear low density polyethylene was carried out on the 50 kg/h gas phase polyethylene pilot plant,and the processing and application test was completed.The results showed that the melt flow rate and density of the grass silk special material were 0.22 g/min and 0.926 g/cm^(3),and the performance met the design requirements.The wear-resisting rotation of the artificial grass silk was 25000 r;the average breaking force was 26.5 N;and the elongation at break was 48%.All the properties of the artificial grass silk reached the index requirements of sports lawn.
