摘要
主要针对过氧硫化丁腈橡胶及硫磺硫化丁腈橡胶进行人工光氧加速老化5000h,发现橡胶拉伸强度和断裂伸长率先降低再升高。通过热重分析、玻璃化转变温度测试和FTIR分析,探讨光氧老化5000h过程中丁腈橡胶宏观性能与微观结构间的关系。研究发现,随老化时间延长,橡胶玻璃化转变温度向高温段移动,丁腈橡胶在紫外光老化过程中发生了氧化反应,生成了醇、酸等含氧类化合物。过氧硫化丁腈橡胶耐老化性能比硫磺硫化丁腈橡胶要差。
The artificial photooxidative accelerated aging of peroxy vulcanized nitrile rubber and sulfur vulcanized nitrile rubber was conducted for 5000 hours,and it was found that the tensile strength and elongation at break of the rubberfirst decreased and then increased.The relationship between macroscopic properties and microstructure of nitrile rubber during photooxidative aging for 5000 h was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis,glass transition temperature,and FTIR testing.It was found that with the prolongation of aging,the glass transition temperature of the rubber shifted to a high temperature range,and the nitrile rubber undergoes oxidation reactions during UV light aging,resulting in the formation of oxygenated compounds such as alcohols and acids.The aging resistance of peroxide vulcanized nitrile rubber is worse than that of sulfur vulcanized nitrile rubber.
